Still loving Mr. Michael

Noodle still enjoys music class with Mr. Michael, she now loves it even more because she can sing along to the songs.

Lately she likes enjoying class with one little toy.
Last week black horsie came along for the class and was actively involved.

What it would be like if I had had twins?

Last Thursday, I tested what my world would be like if I had had twins as Little's friend Matthias spent the morning with us.
Matthias is older than Little by one month. They've known each other since they were infants, they have similar personalities and play well together, so it came as no surprise to me that my morning went very smoothly (of course it helped immensely the fact that Matthias is very well behaved).
Since Little was already scheduled to attend music class, I invited Matthias along for the ride and off we went.

Dancing with Mr. Michael

Today was our last music class with Mr. Michael for the spring.

Ever since Little was a tiny bundle that couldn't even sit, she showed an interest in music. I encouraged that interest by exposing her often to different types of music.

At 5 months

I continue to encourage her to express herself through music, I sing to her, dance with her and play her music as much as possible.  I also enrolled her in music class, which for toddlers is a lot of singing, dancing, playing instruments, shaking eggs, clapping, taping, jumping, pretending and just fun.

Within all the fun, Little is also developing her rhythm, pitch and melody, language skills, motor coordination and interpersonal skills.
Week to week I see the growth.
