On her actual birthday Little Noodle woke up happier than ever.
She woke up before Daddy left for work, so she got to unwrap her first gift with both Mommy and Daddy.
As soon as she saw the tent, she ran into it, she wanted everyone to sit in it with her and read books. It is small, so the space is a little tight, but we managed to fit into it.
The tent was a big hit |
While they spoke Noodle opened the gifts they sent her.
She spent the morning playing with her new toys in the tent. When it came time for nap, she refused to go to her room and requested to sleep in the tent instead.
With her milk and Coco ready for a nap |
It took a while, but eventually she fell asleep and slept for almost 3 hours |
When Daddy got home, it was time to open another gift.
She enjoys riding in her new tricycle. She still hasn't figured out how to maneuver it on her own, but she can pedal with her right foot.
For dinner we figured she would want to eat one of her favorites foods.
When I offered her pizza, the response was immediate and definite.
Pizza time!
Who needs pizza when you can eat cheese?!?
She ended up licking the plate and ended with cheese in her nose and hair.
After we got home she decided with this birthday, she was of age to drive.
Driving and reading!
Mommy had spent all day with Noodle in the tent, after her birthday dinner it was time for Ale and Daddy to join in.
Excited to show how old she is.
It does require a lot of concentration and most times her thumb gets in the way, but she knows her age, when asked, she respond: Dos!
Happy Birthday to you...
She had a fantastic second birthday filled with joy, laughter and celebrations.
